WORSHIP

"Our worship consists of a blend of contemporary songs and traditional hymns.  We incorporate Scripture into many parts of our worship service, including the practice of “Lectio Divinia.”  Lectio Divinia is a way of reading Scripture that involves reading the text three times, with 30 seconds of silence between each reading.  We begin our worship service with 1 minute of “centering prayer,” a silent prayer that aims to settle our hearts and minds as we begin.
